Day 01 : Arrive Delhi

Upon arrival; after clearing your immigration & customs; you will be met by our airport facilitation
staff carrying placard of your name in visitor’s arrival hall. You will be greeted and transferred to
your hotel with necessary assistance. (check in time 1400hrs)

Day 02 : Delhi

Following breakfast proceed for the combined city tour of Old & New Delhi.
Old Delhi – visit the Raj Ghat, the simple memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Driving past the
magnificent Red Fort, built on the banks of River Yamuna by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.
Walk through the “Chandni Chowk” to experience the ambience of an oriental bazaar. Enjoy the
main hub for Shopping on cheapest rate. Walk through the narrow lanes of Old Delhi to reach
Jama Masjid – The World Heritage Monument – The largest mosque in India completed in 1658
by Shah Jahan who also built the Taj Mahal,
New Delhi. Our tour of New Delhi includes drive past visits the India Gate (war memorial
dedicated to the lives of the Indian Soliders), the President House, Parliament House and the
Secretariat Buildings – an ancient blend of the Victorian and 20 th Century architecture

Day 03 : Delhi – Chandigarh (238 kms, 5 hours drive)

Following breakfast start drive to Chandigarh, upon arrival transfer to hotel and later proceed for
the city tour visit Chandigarh city: There are not many sites of historical importance in Chandigarh
as this is one of the most modern cities in the country. A most important site in the city is the Rock

Garden, the place that has been captured by millions of cameras. Rose Garden is another
important landmark and a part of Leisure Valley, a garland of gardens that ornaments the city.

Day 04 : Chandigarh – Amritsar (217 kms, 5 hours drive)

After breakfast start drive to Amritsar; on arrival check into the hotel.

Day 05 : Amritsar

After breakfast full day city tour of Amritsar, visiting Golden Temple – the most important Sikh
shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical
traditions of the Sikhs, then visit Jallianwala Bagh – where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha
soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians.

Evening visit Indo – Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony – Wagah, an army outpost
on Indo – Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening "Beating the
Retreat" ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of
bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and
lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause.

Day 06 : Amritsar / Dharamsala (199 kms, 6 hours drive)

Following breakfast start drive to Dharamsala covering some of the most beautiful and breathtaking
views of the Dhauladhar range. A camera for this portion is a must! This journey of approximately
crosses the small village of Himachal Pradesh like Una, the Kangra valley, Palampur before
entering into Dharamsala at about 1400 hrs).
Evening free to relax and rest after the long day drive enjoying the overlooking high mountains
covered with silent snows and deep boulder strewn gorges.

Day 07 : Dharamsala

This morning, wake up to the call of the Dhauladhar range of mountains! At 0900 hrs you will be
taken for full day tour of Dharamsala covering dalai lama\'s village – popularly knows as the
Tibetan children\'s village, McLeodgunj area, Bhagsunath temple, St. John\'s church, Dal lake and
Talnoo – which is the highest point in Dharamsala from where the best view of the Dhauladhar
range is possible.

Day 08 : Dharamsala – Manali (235 kms, 7 hours drive)

After breakfast proceed to Manali., on arrival check into the hotel.
Evening free to relax and do your own activity. We suggest you to go for a short walk
exploring the mystics of Himachal and local villages with the typical Himachali people dressed up
in the most colourful and traditional style.

Day 09 : Manali

After breakfast visit 400 years old Pagoda Temple of Hadimba Devi and old Manali to see the Manu
temple. Afternoon visit Vaishisht hot sulper spring bath.
Evening enjoy the mesmerizing view of Mall Road.

Day 10 : Manali – Shimla (260 kms, 8 hours drive)

Following breakfast drive to Shimla. On arrival check into the hotel; evening walk down to the
famous mall road, dominated by tourists at all time throughout the year.

Day 11 : Shimla

Following breakfast start tour of Shimla covering the 06 points of interest like Indian Institute
of advance study (popularly known as the Viceroy\'s Hall – this is the museum where British
conducted their meetings during the summers in India!), Kufri (16 kilometers away, this is famous
for its wide views and Skislopes), Fagu – famous for its enhancing views, Jakhoo hill, St.
Michael\'s Cathedral, Naldhera (the nine hole golf course).

Day 12 : Shimla – Kalka

Delhi Departure

Today you will be occupied travelling in one of the most interesting train journey. You will be
transferred in time to Shimla rail station to connect with your train to Kalka

Arrive Kalka "NonAc chair car “FC" 1605 hrs
This distance of 96 kilometers will make you cross 103 tunnels! All of which were made during the
British rule in . You will be witnessing some spectacular views during this day time journey down hill
as your "toy hill train" puffs through the hills of Shimla.
Upon arrival at Kalka train station at 1605 hrs you will be met with our driver and start drive to
Delhi International airport to connect flight for onward destination.
